Cutting calories w/o sacrificing taste...
Nice book with a lot of great recipes. Rocco gives lots of ways to cut the calories from great meals by using healthier options and cooking methods. Not sure about the losing 10 pounds part... That will take will power of portion control and exercise but this book of meal choices will help achieve the weight loss... Cutting calories and exercise(burning calories) equals success!!!

No L/XL if you are a kid or woman...
Package shows a guy lifting weights with this sleeve on... do not believe it! There is no way this fits an average guy. The sleeve was tight on my forearm and when trying to pull up on my upper arm, the sleeve started to rip and was so tight there was no way my phone was going to fit into the pouch attached to sleeve. Unless you have the arms of a 12 year old kid, don’t waste your money on this sleeve!
