best use is make SX to SX calls to take advantage of the Forward Error Correction
What I like about it- Cisco to Cisco calls have a proprietary forward error correction and the unit's connectivity is very flexible and comprehensive.
What I don't like about it is compatibility with other components in the same product family and Cisco's maintenance subscription cost for software updates, etc. This product has been EOL.
