The description was clear that the device would arrive in brand new quality or better, device definitely looks clean, but there was a very small chip on the side of the DAC. Not an issue, very impressed with the 60 day return policy and 2 year warranty. I was a little thrown that the device arrived in a bag instead of a box, but there was plenty of padding to guard from damage, Device came within a week, and included DAC, 2 USBC cables and an AUX. Not sure if OEM cables but not cheap.
