Item arrived smashed in box. Sent pictures of smashed item. seller wanted to see six sides of the box(Ridiculous as the box was in perfect shape and this was conveyed to seller) Item was supposed to be located in somerville NJ, instead it was shipped from california. Poor packaging caused the problem. E bay stated not to worry as I was covered which they quickly rescinded in approx 1 hour. Forced to file complaint with my charge card. My first bad experience on e bay. Poor communication.
