  The seller was exceptional! The shipper, however, the USPS, was horrible. They delivered the package a week late, taking the extra week, I suppose, to thoroughly trash and damage the packaging. Fortunately, the keyboard inside arrived completely unharmed, but the mouse that was supposed to accompany it was missing. I contacted the seller who immediately issued a full refund! That is customer service well above and beyond!!

  GPU worked perfectly after installation. Packed okay, however the seller should be using void fill. The bracket arrived slightly bent. Overall, all is well.

  The item was shipped fast and arrived on time. The only complaint I have is the packaging was very poor. The video card was wrapped in bubble wrap but there was no stuffing in the box to keep it from banging around. So the graphics card was flying around in the box banging from one side to the other. The box was damaged during shipping so I'm very surprised it made it and actually still worked being it was lose in the box.
