Great illumination

Bulbs don't get hot. Very bright, great illumination. Not good for a bedside nightstand as they are too bright, but great for closets, overheads, basements, and regular lamps.

They helped.

My mom is 97 and she said they help her hearing. This is not a hearing aid, so no batteries to fiddle with. It is an assistive device, very low tech. Any boost no matter how small is helpful to my mom. She wears them. I have to put them on her though due to her age.
