Great tool!
1 of 1 found this helpful The gauge was the perfect size for the ammeter hole in the dash of my 1950 Ford 8n. It works perfectly and is accurate enough for me to make sure that the tractor is not overheating and that the thermostat is operating correctly. The small complaint I have is that the lead is a bit short. It just made the distance to the front of the head. But, the lead is able to tuck out of the way of limbs and such so I am happy.

Wires made the truck run worse than the old original wires
2003 Ranger 3.0L GAS v6. One original plugwire (Motorcraft) went bad - shorting to the exhaust manifold. Replaced all with this set. Truck runs considerably worse with intermittent misfires (yes, wires are all on good and to the proper plug, etc). Went back to the Motorcraft wires and found an old wire to replace the one Motorcraft that went bad. Truck runs fine once again. Complete waste of money for me. YMMV
