Maybe not "first quality" item
I don't know if this item was a "second" because the pause/clear button does not work. I have to keep pulling out the power cord to get it to stop.

Good Product
These rollers are of good quality and much less expensive than the refills for my machine. Highly recommend.

Good replacement pitcher
