The drill bit needs to be slightly larger diameter and the retention spring?/wire for the reamer blades should be stiffer or somehow not so prone to come unwound. Also, the grip section of the barrel could stand to be longer so the action of rotating the reamer does not also activate the plunger widening the reamer blades.

Berky Black Filters
I think one of them I received is cracked near the top. When I fill the reservoir to the top I can hear water running into the base for a couple of minutes and then it stops and it sounds like it's normal dripping. I had decided it wasn't worth the time and effort to remove it ,dry it ,and return it. Besides, I didn't know which one it was, so I've just been filling the reservoir half full but more frequently.,
