The seller responded quickly to addressing a problem that arose - the item I purchased was damaged in transit. I sent a photo of the damaged item and the seller immediately communicated back with me and issued a refund. I was very appreciative how quickly this seller rectified the situation. The item was as described but through no fault of the seller obviously sustained a broken leg at some point while it was being shipped.

I purchased 3 items from this seller. When they arrived I discovered one of the items was not what I ordered. I contacted the seller with a photo of the one I had not ordered. They responded so quickly with apologies and promised to send the correct item. They did so and continued to message me with assurances. Excellent communication and superb customer service. I recently received the right item and on top of all that they told me not to bother returning the incorrect item!! Unbelievable!

I do not recommend this seller. Communication was good but a customer who receives broken pieces as well as items missing completely from the SET ordered, should not have to pay more money to send the item back to APPLY for a refund. Was offered a partial refund, thinking it would include some cost of the item not just the shipping cost. $30.00 item customer can’t use with a partial refund of $6.50. No offer to fix the order, send the missing piece, and no guarantee of a full refund.

Thanks to the USPS MAILMAN, my package was delivered to my kind neighbor who called to tell me it was in his mailbox, NOT MINE WHERE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. DO HOPE THAT YOU DID NOT START A PROCESS WITH THE POSTAL SYSTEM, so I am so relieved. It was delivered 1/23/24 and arrived in fine shape. Thank you for the speedy delivery with padded mailer.
