MTB mech on CX bike with road shifters.
Running on CX bike with SRAM Force shifters. The conspicuous absence of a barrel adjuster on a MTB mech means conspicuous presence of an in-line cable adjuster at the bars. Shifting is flawless. Crisp, quick, solid. Running 11-36 cassette. So glad I went with this unit over one of the many over-priced alternatives out there.

Stiff, light, and stylish.
Dialing in aero position and I've found very few stems out there with such a radical drop. Value added: impeccable quality and super stiff. And price is unbeatable.
