    Took them a week to even acknowledge the sale. Blamed USPS for the delay. Took 16 days to get the glaze. Use someone else. Unacceptable!! Product was what I wanted and well packaged but horrible experience. Never use them again. Worst eBay transaction I've ever had and I've had many.

    so so sorry for any inconvenience ,but usps does fall behind at time being that the item needs to be shaped as ground due to falling as hazards in there category ...but we can asure you that we ship out the same day depending on the time the order is placed
