Best Lip Care
2 of 2 found this helpful I have used this product for years and have given it away to my boys and grandchildren when they complained of dry cracked lips. It clears them up and keeps the lips from getting cracked and dry. I use it before lipstick and throughout the day. It is a in my purse, by my bed, at my make up table, and in my car. No other lip balm works like this.
