The Clutch is fine, Compressor is no good.
I bought this to replace my old one which had seized-up and the fan belt had snapped!
As soon as I removed it from the packaging I saw an electrical female socket was missing at the back. Not good. This product is marketed as compatible with my vehicle a Chevy Silverado, not so the compressor unit it seems.
Nevertheless I fitted it and followed the instructions.
I added oil and used a canister of freon / refridgerant. At no time with the aircon button activated has the compressor ever turned on, no cold air.
I can't ship this back as the cost in shipping to China for us mere mortals is prohibitive. The clutch part works fine though and at least my truck is up and running again. But NO AIR CON! :(
