    I give this a neutral review. Due to NO FAULT of the seller. Whom was incredibly helpful. I wish I can give a positive review on this item but I haven't received it yet due to USPS failing to deliver it. I would give the seller 10 out of 5 stars but I would give negative 10 stars to USPS. The item is limbo somewhere and probably at this point lost. Again this in NO WAY reflects upon the seller who was incredibly helpful. Such a shame because this item looked to be in wonderful condition.

powerful but tedious
Cleaner is powerful, but only if you get it at just the right angle. It will suck up shirts if they could fit, but it has trouble sucking up small pieces of paper (the paper gets caught at the entrance). It does suck up hair, but again, only at the right angle. It's somewhat clumsy and tedious because of this. Mine was cracked when I got it too. I haven't bothered to return it though, because it still works.
