  Box was filled with newspaper, not packed. "Packed" means firm, so the object cannot move around. As a result of not being packed, the plastic spool on which the wire was delivered shattered. So, wire arrived, but no convenient dispensing method. We will deal with it, but hope the seller learns to pack properly in the future.
