2015 Specialized Roubaix SL4 Comp Carbon Disc Road Bike 56cm Ultegra11 Hydraulic

Smooth as silk, yet stiff

I bought this Specialized Roubaix thinking it would be my endurance bike, and that I would keep my first generation carbon fiber Kestrel. After 2 rides on the Roubaix, I knew I would never enjoy my Kestrel again, and sold the old bike. This one performs soooo well on the hills, saving all the energy of each pedal stroke to reach the rear wheel. I quickly began achieving personal bests for sprinting and climbing times. This bike is so much smoother than my other bike it is unbelievable. We do not have the best roads here, and my old bike would beat me up. On downhills I now feel much more in control. This bike was worth every penny.

Well made truing stand

This is a very well made truing stand that is built to be mounted or clamped to a table. Although it does not have a fancy caliper style truing indicator for both sides of the rim, it has an easily moveable indicator that is designed to show vertical and horizontal out of roundness at the same time (on one side of the rim). I found that I could use this stand for through axle hubs as well as quick release hubs.
