Total control over the audio.

The music quality is excellent and you have total control over how much of the outside sound you don't want to hear or do want to hear. As someone with mild hearing loss, I like these more than hearing aids. The hearing focus is also adjustable. Like listening to all around you or just a conversation with someone in front of you. This is my second pair as they are no longer being made and wanted a backup.
