Disney Plastic vs. Metal

While the plastic pins aren't the usually desired format for collecting, they offer variety and detail sometimes not seen in metal. They tend to be larger and still have the color saturation Disney is known for. They are more affordable yet just as much fun as metal, keeping the lightheartedness in the Disney collecting frame of mind. Although some plastic pins can really get "up there" in price too. Plus, you can find characters many of the metal series seem to have "left out". Collecting both is a whoot!
