Good product when used correctly
1 of 1 found this helpful Works well when used with the version of Windows 7 they provide the download link for. No problems. Would not work with an old copy of Windows 7 that I had.

Good product, good price
The chair went together well for the most part. My only complaint is that the seat bottom was NOT predrilled for the attachment screws. The chair looks great, works well. I built a small footstool to work with it; would be nice if one were offered as an option.
