Exactly what I needed.

Won't focus well on me.
My background is in sharp focus, but my face not so much. I've found instructions for disassembling the device and rotating the lens to fix this problem, but that seems rather an extreme requirement for a new webcam. It was expensive, so I am a more than a bit disappointed.
