Software not ready for prime time

The business piece of the software at first installed but upon updating it goes into a loop In order to shut down the loop one has to go through windows task manager to turn off the program. There are unquestionably software bugs that render the business software unusable at this stage. Another negative is that one cannot get a CD so as to just try to reinstall the business software and retry it I have tried “customer service “ but after 30 minutes gave up.
