I would recommend this product.

I have only been using the shredder for a few days but it seems to be working fine, I can shred 6-7 pages with no problem. I like the fact there is a light that tells you when the basket is full. The basket pulls out easily. It's a bit messy to empty the basket. It would have been nice if the shredder came with bags to just close up and toss out but this issue is by no means a show stopper. Noise level is fine.
