Perfect for my purpose
I actually bought the small pan/rack to place my charcoal starter chimney on while getting my grilling coals going. It works great, and the stainless cleans up easily. The small firestarter cubes sit on the rack, light these, place the loaded chimney over them and wait for the coals to ash over. The rack allows air to come in under the cubes, and the coals get going quickly. I have a larger version of these pans for backing frozen dinner rolls and cooling them on the rack.
