  Cheapest option (by a good margin) that I could find when compared to other online retailers. Textbook was exactly as described. Very quick shipping compared to delivery estimate (8 days vs 3 weeks). Slight miscommunication in customer service responses but those were still very quick and efficient. Even with that minor hiccup I would definitely order from them again. Just started my Masters so I will be going to Ebay RedMapleImports first to find the cheapest option on textbooks.

  This item arrived promptly (within 2 weeks with shipping from the U.K. to Canada, more than a month before the expected delivery date!!) and okay-packed in a standard brown light cardboard shipping envelope. It is a brand new item, with the plastic wrap and jewel case in perfect condition. The item is clearly marked Region B, not as advertised, but the seller was 100% helpful about this. I will purchase again from redmapleimports without hesitation, and recommend them fully and completely.

  Fast delivery, excellent packaging. This book has a crease across the front cover that was not in the description. The rear of the book is exactly as the seller described it. Would buy from this seller again.

  Do not buy from this seller. They sent me a different product than advertised and have given me the run around on getting a return label. They just defer me to eBay to handle it and refuse to send one themselves. They also suggested that I keep the incorrect product for a partial refund. I gave them over a week, with many messages, to make this right before I posted this review. Unfortunately, they did not. Order elsewhere.

  Do not buy from this seller. They falsely advertise items. The picture of item by seller was not the item I received. When I tried to return item, I had to pay for return shipping which was almost the cost of item. They never even picked up item from the post office, but luckily I had the proof. I had to open a case with eBay and they got me my refund for the item but I still didn't get back the return shipping cost. Worst seller ever!!!
