Not Worth The Money

When the product arrived it did not have any instructions with it. When I submitted a request to obtain instructions, I was told that was un available. After using the item for a total of 3 times, one of the resistance bands broke and can't be used again. I made a mistake of purchasing several of these items for gifts. I feel as though I have wasted my money!
