Win 7 reload
2 of 2 found this helpful Great operating system - had trouble getting Win 10 off of the Costco computer I bought with Win 10 preinstalled - but once I was able to reload the Bios and install Win 7 - perfect, had to get help from HP to do so and have them walk me through it. Win 7 is Microsoft's best and most productive operating system for business users made to date. Wish Win 8 or 10 operated as well.
