If there is a problem ,after service is crummy-I ordered an "OPEN BOX" 100amp MPPT , I received it not working, reported and they said it was a "refurbished "-I said I did not buy refurbished but an open box , they said each one undergoes a thorough testing before sold, well upon further looking I found mine was completely burnt out, I got a fried unit-they would not send me a OPEN Box-I had to say I was opening a case to get money back-Customer Service NOT good- I have lost TRUST in Them

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience with product issues. Waited patiently for two months for a back-ordered 12v 200Ah Deep Cycle Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery that was to ship on Nov. 27. Multiple messages to Renogy about it and they have ghosted me. Stay away from this seller.
