Items were shipped out quickly to seller, turnaround time was okay. Return packaging was worse than expected, items were not in a cakebox, just covered in bubble wrap in paper sleeves. Why didn't they just use the cake box I sent them?! Like $300 in retro games so not really thrilled about that, but no damage and discs looked good. Oh and seller never acknowledged my message about tracking, etc. Not the greatest experience.

Hi, sorry to hear about your less than stellar experience. You are correct we didn't return it in a cakebox; we don't normally ship in cakeboxes because the discs rotating in shipping will get scratched from any debris on the top-side of the disc below it. We ship them in new packaging all around to prevent scratches on the return trip. Also, most cakeboxes customers ship to us arrive broken.
In reference to the not replying to tracking; I don't see a need to reply to a tracking # message.

I have always used this company to resurface repair all my scratched DVDs starting on a collection of used to save money on, I received a lot of falsely claimed very good copies and were damaged and skip. So I decided that I would find 0.15 cent deals up to a $1 deals on DVDs to do a family movie deal and it helps!
I have sent in over 400 DVD movies and shows for everyone in our household to watch for much less money out the door than for new price.

Very slow shipping. Packaging was horrible. Seller placed the item in an old Costco box with no protective material whatsoever. Seller failed to remove a prior shipping label, which according to the USPS, caused problems. Transaction started on 4/29 and I didn't receive it until 5/14. This was a US domestic purchase from Texas to Virginia, not overseas. The only reason I rated this transaction neutral was because the item was as described or it would have been negative.

Apologies for reusing the outerbox -- we did miss that label on the outside. The wiperblade was inside another box on the inside (this was shipped double boxed).
There likely was no protective material past the 2 boxes. But this did require protective material to safely arrive..
