It is a great and easy product

1 of 1 found this helpful This is the second one I have had of this model. I had many other models and prefer this because it does so much. The only problem and it could be me, sometimes it takes awhile to print photos from my phone that were on facebook by bluetooth. I have at times found that it will come up and say the pic. is corrupted. All you have to do is go in and edited pic, the color, size ect...and it will print. Took awhile to learn that little trick. But a great printer
