  Review simply based on experience and interaction. Seller claimed to have shipped the item, multiple times. Even said he dropped it off, and that the didn’t scan it, went back the next day to take back from post office to reship it somewhere else.. not possible. Also one of the ram sticks was broken. He offered me a partial refund if I shipped the one back but paid for shipping. Not sure why I would have to pay for shipping if you sold me a broken item.He did offer me solutions just not happy.
