Could not get the "Closed Captions" to work? Not sure if this feature is available?

Great story ...but we were very frustrated because we could not get the "Closed Captions" to work? ¿Not sure if "Closed Captions" are available since they are not listed on the jacket? This movie definitely needs this feature due to the poor sound quality of the spoken work etc.

Works perfectly and built very well. All you have to do is press either button option and you are in business.

Works just like promised

It does the job.. and and the nice thing about using attenuation that is "fixed" and not the type that is adjusted by a pot is that it does not become susceptible to "scratchy signal" that a pot does when the pot [volume control] becomes dirty.
