As expected

I removed old busted one cleaned area with wire brush before install. There was a slight difference in the surface levels. The plastic plate was minutely lower than surrounding metal frame. I bought a 1/4 in x 3in x 16 in plate of aluminum and I am going to make a single piece insert using the saw blade itself to cut the blade opening.
