The lens itself seemed brand new; there was a minor dent as described, but everything else seemed perfect. I even took a moment to make sure I did not accidentally buy a new one. Nice all metal lens cap, just wish it was cheaper.
It's a lot nicer than I was expecting. It's all metal and a feels well built and looks good. The finish on it seems nice and no problems with the fit getting it on and off the camera. It's just expensive for a lens cap.
