Grandma's House Model Power
The instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The kit was detailed and reasonably easy to build. My only real issue was with the windows. They were molded in black. The windows also inserted from the front face and the clear material Model Power supplied was to thin. Other than that the completed structure will look good on my layout. I paint all my buildings but except for the windows I think you could build this kit without painting it.
You will note that Model Power has painted some of the parts for you. Don't make the mistake of thinking someone has sent you a used kit. I have at least built 3 of their kits now and found they had painted parts on each of them. All the kits were unopened.
I don't regret purchasing this kit for my layout.
