Replacement fan for Lenovo laptop
If you're not afraid of opening up your laptop, then you can replace a fan if you have to. Only thing I did wrong was not plug in the wires from the new fan before i closed it up. Had to go back a few steps. My old fan was pretty full of dust . As were the ports at the side of the case. Cleaned up the old one and kept it as a spare. You do have to go into the guts of the machine to do the replacement, so watch a "how to" video first, to see if you're up or it, and make sure you have the tiny philips screwdriver that you will need to unscrew the old fan from the housing it fit into. The new fan is very much like the original and my laptop no longer shuts off due to overheating. Incredible how hot the CPU gets if you don' t have a working fan.
