Zero failure to feed with winchester bulk 38 grain hollow point. My sig p226 had around 2000, 9mm rounds fired prior to using the conversion kit. of Which 600 rounds had been fired prior to last cleaning it.

You can carrry your sig mosquito in position that is iwb, from appendix, to the side, the back. You can also carry your sig mosquito outside the waist band as well. Its possible to carry a sig p226 with this holster as well. but only iwb due to weight of the sig p226.
