Different use for it
I have one in each car and I bought this one to attach my Garman to the speedometer of my motorcycle with no fear of it falling off.

Review of GPS speedometer
I bought this as i was suspicious of the accuracy of my motorcycle speedometer. attached it to the to the windshield with velcro. I connected to battery via my charger connector and a adapter plug found on eBay. (unplug when not in use) I found that the bike speedo was 5 mph under what this said and this was 2 under my GPS. Within tolerance yes. on downside, it fluctuates rapidly rather than holding the number a second. Do I like it? yes.
