“Previously owned” means definitely used
Acknowledging that the mirror was advertised as “previously owned”, it arrived dirty, scratched and had its mounting tabs broken. It was obvious that the tabs had been broken by forcibly removing the mirror from its mount. After repairing the mirror, I was able to use it. While I saved money over new OEM mirror, the price I paid for this one was too high.
