NEW Genuine Thermostat Fits: Coupe Sedan Nissan Pathfinder Infiniti G35 350Z

Stock Nissan Thermostat, no gasket.

First, the item was poorly packaged. Part of it busted through the stock Nissan packaging and looked like it had been bouncing around the outer packaging. It did not look damaged, but it was off putting. Next, The part did not include a gasket, so watch out, you'll need to buy one. After purchasing a gasket, it bolted up just fine and did not have any leaks. Lastly, it did not solve my overheating problem. Part of me wonders if the movement during shipping perhaps broke the part.
