if you already have a 3g no need to opgrade to S
unless you get a really great deal you may as well wait for the next iphone, expected later this year the only difference so far is that it has worse battery life than the regular 3g. compass has no value and video is not worth the upgrade at all. these phones are great, but way over priced.
