Great Starter Set
The Oaks (Oak Ridge Boys) are/ were one of the premier country band around. If you want to sample their music, buy this album and, while you're at it, get the Oaks' Greatest Hits Volumes Two and Three. They make a great starter set. They've come a long way from their humble beginnings in Southern Gospel music and their Greatest Hits album shows it.
However, I wouldn't go with 'awesome sauce'; I would say they're Grrrreeeaaatt! How's that for a Tony the Tiger impression, Joe?

It's The Beatles!
It's The Beatles, the band that defined most future bands. What more needs to be said.
