Good item
This is my second time ordering this. I have lost a couple pounds but my fault for assuming I only needed to take one pill at a time. Once I started taking 2 I noticed it did curve my hunger someone but it really makes you pee a lot.

Just Okay
1 of 1 found this helpful This works okay for glasses, but if you have tarnished silver it does nothing. I am going to try cleaning it again with a clean but this machine only uses water. It did clean my diamonds well but if anything is tarnished just water won't work. Still I am glad I purchased it because it did clean all my sunglasses without any harsh chemicals.
