Not the greatest experience. Product good, just not this one.

Scanner has a problem and not functioning as it should. It does not recognize the end of a page when scanning so indicates a jam. Have to click quit, then keep document, etc. so has extra steps. My other scanner at work functions perfectly. Wondering if Japan is getting rid of its junk on sucker Americans like me.
