You get what you pay for.
I received this Denon receiver today to replace an identical unit that stopped working. I was told my receiver would require very costly repairs to work so I decided to purchase this used one. I connected it to my stereo speakers only to discover that the "function" knob, which appears to be bent, doesn't work. Luckily the functions can be selected from the remote as a bypass.Secondly I had intended to use this to power two sets of speakers but only the "A" speaker connection works. The "B" connection doesn't work at all. I decided not to bother returning this receiver and just swapped it for another I have in the house where I won't need to power two sets of speakers. Not happy I wasn't able to use it for what it was intended.

I already owned one of these recorder/players and wanted another. I have already recorded on it and it worked just fine. I purchased a remote elsewhere but could have even used the one I already have.
