Great Album! One of their best!
Good variety, still acoustic in sound unlike much of their 2006 and 2008 albums. Great vocal harmonies, clever lyrics, awesome asymetrical percussion, and good length and value for your buck. If you're into animal collective and haven't picked this up, do so. If you're into the beatles, fleet foxes, or beach boys, or like folk music, or avant-garde pop, pick this up. It's good stuff.

    Incredibly hard 2D gaming!
Mega Man X Collection contains 6 of the chapters in the X series, from the SNES conception to the PS1 days. MMX1-3 are all SNES games and they hold up suprisingly well. Gameplay is slightly altered from the original series, with suit upgrades, the ability to play as Zero, a slightly older Mega Man character - all to give the games that "X"treme kinda aesthetic. All the emulations hold up well, there's little slow-down, graphics look right, and even some of the PS1 load-times are much shorter. For under 15$, you're getting some of the finest chapters in the Megaman franchise - and also some of the best 2D gaming around. But, it's also some of the hardest. I don't know if I'm getting old, but as a kid, I remembered being able to beat these games. Now, I struggle beating single bosses. It's ridiculous how hard these games are. Sometimes a challenge isn't so bad, and if you're a gamer looking for a test, pick this one up. If you've grown tired of 2D games or can't stand the Megaman universe, these games aren't going to change your perceptions - they're still cheesy and still have little to offer besides intense arcade action.

    Great Traditional RPG Action!
Fans of Paper Mario or old school RPGs such as Earthbound, Chrono Trigger, or Breath of Fire will find Magical Starsign to be an extremely unique gem on the DS. Completely controlled by the stylus, with a great visual style and battle system, Starsign will captivate gamers with fully rendered cutscenes, quick to-the-point plot direction and wonderfully delightful dialogue. A great combination of old school gameplay elements that utilizes the touch screen in inventive and fun ways. Check it out. It might not be worth 30 bucks, but if you can find it for less than 20, and know you love traditional rpgs, you'll certainly find something to enjoy with this game.
