Product was better than expected with on...
Product was better than expected with only two small items qualify wise. The platform racks slightly back and forth and loads can shift. The other it that when lowering, there is a rather annoying chatter (chain slapping against mast?). Other than that, it works wonderfully, with reasonable lift times. I do wish it was dual-remote so the person at the top could raise lower loads as well as from the bottom. Hopefully there is a splitter available w/longer wire remote.
