Sorry to hear that... I try and be careful... Sometimes the outer jackets peak out and get a touch of tape. I am so fearful of Federal employees I really do try and protect them the best I can... Glad you enjoy the vinyl...

It works
It winds strings as advertised.

Works much better than pry tool removers.
I like this much more than the pry tools as there is no chance to mar the finish on the guitar. Very secure grip and the only pressure is pulling away from the instrument.
