Easily increase hand, wrist and finger strength.

Perfect for exercising all the muscles in the hand and wrist. It's probably a good idea to get both the medium and the soft versions for most people. The medium version has a high level of resistance to squeezing.- the hard will likely only work for those with great hand strength. This product is light and small enough to carry in your pocket and use throughout the day. Seems to help for some arthritis issues, but not quite sure yet about that.
