This is like no other I love it and use ...

This is like no other I love it and use it for hydration with my water daily. This also has helped with my goiter because it has natural iodine along with other essential minerals. I told a friend to try it for muscle cramps and so far no complaints I think the potassium and natural magnesium will help.
